Firefox 105.0.1 Released

Mozilla[German]Mozilla developers have released versions 105.0.1 of the Firefox browser on September 23, 2022. It is maintenance update, which is supposed to fix bugs. Thanks to the reader for pointing it out.

According to the release notes, the September 23, 2022 update brings only one fix to Firefox 105.0.1, listed below (security fixes don't seem to be included):

The focus behavior for new windows has been reset to the content area instead of the address bar (bug 1784692).

Might explain my problems with the Thunderbird update, which does use code from Firefox. Firefox should update itself automatically, but can be downloaded from this website for various platforms (choose the variant from the list boxes that appear).
