[German]Short remark for the morning (here in Europe) of January 25, 2023: As it looks right now (09:00 UTC), Microsoft is experiencing a major disruption to its online services such as Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, LinkedIn, etc., which have been unavailable or poorly accessible. Several German blog readers have just pointed this out to me (thanks for that) or are asking about a disruption.

One blog reader just pointed out in the discussion area (thanks for that) that there was a glitch. I can access my OneDrive account, but access is pretty slow right now. And reader Stefan asked via email:
Exchange Online outage
Hi Mr. Born,
is there currently a major disruption in Exchange Online (and Teams telephony)? The reports are increasing – Microsoft has not given an official statement yet.
I checked allestoerungen.de (same as downdetectory.com) – there is an incipient disruption reported for all Microsoft services since about 8:00 am (MEZ) .
German blog reader Benjamin S. then emailed me some more ping requests to Outlook, writing that he's currently having massive problems reaching services from Microsoft over a Telekom fiber connection. Here is a ping request with timeouts:

There are either massive delays or timeouts in responses. Benjamin writes: A phone call with Telekom's business hotline revealed that Telekom itself confirmed the problems, it was not due to special fiber connections, normal DSL – connections were also affected. He already had yesterday 24 January 2023 already the problem at the same time.
Addendum:It seems to affect users worldwide – on Twitter, Microsoft 365 Status confirms that they are addressing a problem that affects Microsoft 365 services. In the status area of the admin center you can find a corresponding message under MO502273.
German blog reader Andreas P. emailed me the following information from MO502273 (thanks for that). Was once again a network change, which is now rolled back.

from BleepingComputer in early June 2023 – Outlook.com hit by outages as hacktivists claim DDoS attacks:
