Ok, the user interface of Windows NT 3.51 looks old-fashioned. But the operating system still runs on a computer from the year 2000 (with 600 MHz CPU, 128 MB RAM, and a slow hard disk). The user shows in the video (just click on the photo to play the video on Twitter) how incredibly fast applications starts.
And then put a computer with Windows 11 against it to observe how quickly the applications start. It's called progress, I heard somewhere once.
