For security reasons, the entries in the Manager (accessible via the Control Panel) can be deleted individually by the user. If you want to completely delete the information stored in the Windows Credential Manager, you can do so with a batch program. Thorsten E. recently addressed the issue in the following tweet.

Tom Fanning has put his batch file online on GitHub. This page discusses various ways to delete the credentials. Maybe someone can use it sometime.
