Microsoft PKI vulnerability – a warning without details …

A little info that recently came to my attention. Microsoft seems to have informed some people that they have found a configuration problem in the Microsoft Cloud Public Key Infrastructure (PKI). This would affect the configuration in the organization of the recipient in question. The "problem in the recipient's Microsoft environment requires a response".

On the one hand, it is nice that Microsoft informs customers about possible problems and points out that there is a configuration problem in the Microsoft Cloud Public Key Infrastructure (PKI). It is even stated that the Microsoft Cloud PKI is vulnerable.

Richard Hicks, who received this information, published the notification as a tweet on X. But I can't see where in the above tweet there is any information about what is wrong. And the poster of the tweet feels the same way. Question for everyone: Has anyone also received this notification and can tell me what's wrong?
