A user has contacted me complaining about problems with phone calls via Microsoft Teams that his users are experiencing. However, there is not much information available.

He has noticed more and more problems with Microsoft Teams in his environment in the last few days. In the last few days, he has often encountered the error that phone numbers from the call list and chats cannot be opened. The following window appears when the user wants to initiate a call or open a chat.
The German error message visible in the above screenshot says that "a problem has occurred" but provides no details. According to the reader, the only short-term solution is restarting the Teams client. Has anyone from the readership experienced anything similar?
