Windows 11 25H2 Pro: Update KB5085516 is causing issues

Windows[German]I received a report from a reader stating that the KB5085516 update for Windows 11 25H2 Pro is causing issues on the Windows desktop for this user. This affects how windows are displayed on the desktop, making it impossible to resize them or make other adjustments.  German blog readers has confirmed this behavior.
