Windows 10: Issues with Huawei E3372xx surf sticks

[German]Since upgrading to Windows 10 Case Creators Update, users facing an issue. LTE surf sticks like the Huawei E3372 or the Huawei E3372h-153, the Huawei E5573 etc. don't work anymore.
