NoMoreRansom.org help for ransomware victims

New hope for victims of ransom ware. Europol, Intel Security, Kaspersky Lab and the Dutch Police are cooperating against ransom ware.

They set up the web site www.nomoreransom.org. The website will offer information about types of ransom ware, decryption tools and more.

Ransomware is malware that locks your computer and mobile devices or encrypts your electronic files. When this happens, you can't get to the data unless you pay a ransom. However this is not guaranteed and you should never pay! Further details are available (unfortunately only in a German) press note from Kaspersky.
