Update KB4025252 (cumulative update for Internet Explorer) is causing install loops on clients, if distributed via WSUS or SCCM. Microsoft has released a revision on July 12, 2017, to fix the install issue. But it works only partly – details may be found within my older blog post Botched Updates KB4025252 and KB4025336 (July 2017).
