[German]It seems that users of a Windows Phone 8.1 device are facing again a Microsoft store issue. It's not possible to downloads apps, because this fails with error 0x80070020.

Mainstream support for Windows Phone 8.1 has expired six months ago. But apps should still be downloaded from the store. But users are facing error 0x80070020, when downloading apps from Microsoft store.

At reddit.com a user reported this issue a few hours ago. He tried to download apps from Microsoft store with a Lumia 925:
"There is a problem completing your request. Please try again later. Inquiring minds might find this error code helpful: 80070020"
Resetting the device doesn't helped. Within the reddit.com thread, there is a suggestion to set the date to December 3, 2017. This may re-enable app downloades from store. Also in Microsoft Answers has this long thread dealing this this issue. Neowin.net referes here to a private Facebook group, where this topic is also under discussion. Are you affected?
