Samsung Galaxy S9/S9+ has touchscreen issues

[German]Samsung's flagships Galaxy S9 and S9+ has just hit the market. But there are already reports from device owners complaining about touch screen dead spot issues. The touch screens of the affected devices do not react at certain points. Samsung is investigating the whole thing right now.

In forums at reddit.com or in the Samsung forum users complains about 'dead spots' on their Samsung Galaxy S9/S9+ touchscreen. At reddit.com a user has published the following animation to show the problems, as androidpolice.com reports here

Samsung has now issued a statement announcing an investigation.
