Multitasking issues with iOS 13.x?
According to a report by MacRumors, an increasing number of iPhone and iPad users are complaining about a clandestine multitasking under iOS 13.x. Quote:
A growing number of iPhone and iPad users have complained about poor RAM management on iOS 13 and iPadOS 13, leading to apps like Safari, YouTube, and Overcast reloading more frequently upon being reopened.
If you switch to apps in the background again, they will probably be opened again due to bad RAM memory management. A user wrote:
I was watching a video in YouTube on my iPhone 11 Pro. I pause the video to respond to a text message. I was in iMessage for less than one minute. When I returned to YouTube it reloaded the app and I lost the video I was watching. I noticed this a lot on my iPad Pro too. Apps and Safari tabs reloading a lot more frequently than they did in iOS 12. Very annoying. Anyone else experiencing this?
Normally, multitasking under iOS should make sure that the last app waits in the background when switching to another app. However, the user notices that YouTube playback no longer resumes when switching back. The app is restarted. MacRumors quotes several users who report the same problems. Apparently iOS 13.x closes the apps switched to the background too fast. Somebody affected?
Does iOS 13.2 solve the sync Exchange issues?
In this context, I am particularly interested in whether the update to iOS 13.2 fixed the problems with Exchange. I had reported in the German blog posti OS 13.1.x: Updates und Exchange-Probleme about various issues of the new iOS version. From a broken reminder feature to log directories on Exchange servers are becoming filled with log entries in iOS 13.x. Numerous readers have commented on the above article, also for my English article iOS 13.1.x: Updates and Exchange issues . Hence the question to people who have updated devices to iOS 13.2: Are the described issues are fixed with iOS 13.2 now?

Addendum: A German blog reader confirmed that iOS 13.2 fixes the Exchange log file spamming issue.

deleting junk emails in Yahoo mail when selecting all delete all is deleting all inbox email sending it to Trash. This was not happening before 13.2
More issues on 13.2:
1.) All mail notifications vanish from the notification centre at random- without their being clicked by the user or mail being opened.
2.) Selecting all mails in any folder and clicking Delete, does not delete any mail.
