A list of the updates can be found on this Microsoft website (but the German language pages are not up to date yet). I have pulled out the details below. Since March 2021, Microsoft integrates the Servicing Stack Updates (SSUs) into the cumulative update for newer Windows 10 builds.
Updates for Windows 10 Version 2004/20H2/21H1
For Windows 10 version 2004 released in May 2020, as well as Windows 10 version 20H2 offered in October 2020 and Windows 10 version 21H1 released in May 2021, Microsoft is providing the same update packages mentioned below.
Update KB5007186 for Windows 10 Version 2004/20H2/21H1
Cumulative Update KB5007186 raises the OS build for Windows 10 version 2004 to 19041.1348 and for Windows 10 version 20H2 to 19042.1348. For Windows 10 version 21H1, it becomes OS build 19043.1348. The update is available for Windows 10 version 2004, Windows 10 version 20H2, Windows 10 version 21H1, and for Windows Server version 2004, Windows Server version 20H2, and Windows Server version 21H1. It includes quality improvements but no new operating system features.
Addresses an issue in which certain apps might have unexpected results when rendering some user interface elements or when drawing within the app. You might encounter this issue with apps that use GDI+ and set a zero (0) width pen object on displays with high dots per inch (DPI) or resolution, or if the app is using scaling.
Microsoft notes that this update makes quality improvements to the servicing stack (is responsible for Microsoft updates). This update is automatically downloaded and installed by Windows Update, but is also available from the Microsoft Update Catalog and via WSUS and WUfB. If the update from May 11, 2021 (KB5003173) or a newer LCU is missing, the special, standalone SSU from August 10, 2021 (KB5005260) must be installed beforehand. Microsoft states various known issues for the update in the support article.
Updates for Windows 10 Version 1909
The following updates are available for Windows 10 version 1909 released in 2019.

The update includes quality improvements but no new OS features and is meant to improve security. Here is the list of improvements:
- Addresses a known issue that might prevent the successful installation of printers using the Internet Printing Protocol (IPP).

- Enhances Microsoft Defender for Endpoint's ability to identify and intercept ransomware and advanced attacks.
- Addresses an issue in which File Explorer stops responding and Event 1000 with the exception code 0xc0000005 is logged in the Application event log. This issue occurs after installing Windows updates KB5005624 and KB5006667 that were released on or before October 12, 2021.
It is interesting that patches have again been made to the Internet Printing Protocol (IPP), as there were printing problems with the previous updates. This update is automatically downloaded and installed by Windows Update. This update is also available from the Microsoft Update Catalog and via WSUS and WUfB. Microsoft has now included the latest Service Stack Update (SSU) in the cumulative update. For the update, Microsoft states problems with printing in the support article.
