Problematic update KB5018410

The security update led to numerous problems with various applications (see for example Citrix connections broken after Windows update KB5018410 (October 2022) (TLS problem)). The reason was a bug in the TLS implementation, which caused SSL and TSL connections to work incorrectly. Microsoft then rolled out an unscheduled update for all affected Windows versions (see my summary SSL/TLS connection issue fix: out-of-band update status and affected applications (Oct. 21, 2022)).
