I'm bringing up an issue that is currently bugging Windows Server 2022 (and Windows 11) administrators. After installing the cumulative update KB5026370 for Windows Server 2022, it is no longer possible to query "Effective Permissions" in Explorer. Windows Explorer loads the CPU, but nothing happens. Tobias had emailed yesterday afternoon to report the bug.
