Windows-Update KB4078130 deactivates Spectre 2-Patch

Windows Update[German]Microsoft has released on January 27, 2018 Update KB4078130 (Update to Disable Mitigation against Spectre, Variant 2) for Windows 7 Service Pack 1, Windows 8.1 and Windows 10. I've added details within my blog post Updates KB4074906 (.NET), KB4077561 (Windows 8.1), KB4056446 (Windows Server 2008) and KB4056254 (Windows 10).
