Microsoft is supporting precision touchpads on Windows PCs via special drivers. But not all todays laptops are shipped with precision touchpads. Somebody has managed to enable precision touchpad drivers on non precision touchpad PCs.

There is a thread at reddit.com, where somebody discusses, how to obtain the precision touchpad drivers and enable it on a PC.
1. Download the precision drivers from vender (Synaptics, Elan) and unpack the drivers.
2. Go to devices manager, right click on the touchpad devices.
3. Click Browse my computer for driver software – Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer and click Have Disk
4. Then browse the autorun.inf in your driver folder, choose Synaptics Pointing Device (or Elan) and click Next

Wait, until the driver installation is finished and reboot your machine. Then the precision touchpad should be present on your machine. (via)
I cant find the autorun file. What do u mean by unpack the folder? Do u mean extract it? I extracted it but couldn't find autorun.inf
Well, the blog post is from 2017 – don't know, if the autorun.inf is still there. Check for other .inf-files within the extracted files.
