Google writes in this announcement that Chrome has been updated to 70.0.3538.110. This version will be rolled out in the coming days for Windows, macOS and Linux. The changelog lists the fixes in this version.
The vulnerability VE-2018-17479 (Use-after-free in GPU) is considered serious by Google. Details will not be disclosed until most Chrome users have updated to the version in question.
The download is possible from this Google page if required. So you should update to this new version as soon as possible. This version is not yet available on the Portable Apps page. (via)
