Update KB4467682 for Windows 10 version 1803 has been released on November 27, 2018 (see my blog post Patchday Windows 10-Updates (November 27, 2018) for further details). But this update is causing blue screens on Microsoft's Surface Book 2 (and other devices) – see my blog post Surface Book 2: Update KB4467682 causes blue screens …. Tomorrow I will release another blog post describing a second issue, causes by update KB4467682 (see Windows 10: Update KB4467682 breaks Custom Start menu).

Due to these issues mentioned above, Microsoft decided to pull update KB4467682. On the kb-article you can read the following message:

Notice: After installing this optional update some users have reported getting a blue or black screen with error code, "System thread exception not handled." As a precaution, we have removed this optional update from Windows Update and Microsoft Update Catalog to protect customers. Fixes and improvements will be available in the December 2018 security update release and will include a resolution for this issue.
