[German]Small addendum to a topic that has already been known for a few days. On June 25, 2024, NVidia published the support article EOL Windows driver support for older CPUs without POPCNT instruction. There the end-of-life (EOL) for Windows driver support on older CPUs without support for the POPCNT instruction was announced.

As of release 555, NVIDIA display drivers will no longer support older CPUs that do not support the POPCNT (Popuulation Count) instruction. While these CPUs are already officially unsupported by Microsoft Windows 10/Windows 11, if a user with a PC with an unsupported CPU attempts to install R555+ display drivers, the PC will perform a bug check/BSOD when booting Windows.
