Last update to Adobe Shockwave Player 12.3.5.205

Adobe has released Adobe Shockwave Player 12.3.5.205 (Release Notes do not exist). This will be the last update, because the Adobe Shockwave Player will be finally discontinued for end customers on April 9, 2019 – only corporate customers still get the software. Anyone there who still needs to use the Shockwave player?

Windows 10 Insider Build 18362 stopped in Slow Ring – Workaround

Windows: Critical vulnerability in Huawei PCManager

ShadowHammer: ASUS Live Update infected with backdoor

[German]Users who installed the ASUS Live Update Utility on their computers were probably infected between June and November 2018 with a backdoor. According to Gartner, ASUS was the 5th largest computer manufacturer in 2017, and the number of people affected is correspondingly high (estimated at 1 million). For a long time, the backdoor was not detected by common virus protection solutions. Luck for many victims: The attackers had specific targets in mind which were spied on via this backdoor.
