[German]Google has released a security update for the Chrome 80.0.3987.132 on 3 March 2020. Microsoft’s developers followed on March 4, 2020 and released a security update for the Chromium Edge browser. This updates the browser to version 80.0.361.66.
The Chromium developers have released the Google Chrome 80.0.3987.132 on March 3, 2020. It is a security update which closes four critical vulnerabilities (see this blog post). Google explicitly lists only one vulnerability.

Chrome version 80.0.3987.132 is available for Windows, Mac and Linux and is rolled out to the systems via the automatic update function. You can download it here.
Last night Microsoft released a security advisory for the new Chromium Edge browser because there is a critical security update.

According to ADV200002, the new Edge version is based on the Chromium Browser version 80.0.3987.132 and version 80.0.361.66 closes the vulnerabilities CVE-2020-6420. CVE-2020-6420 is assigned the security classification High. However, Microsoft has not disclosed details of the nature of the vulnerability.
