The new version of the PowerToys is a kind of bugfix update. Goals for the 0.19 release cycle were additional stability and quality fixes. Over 100 issues have been fixed in all PowerToys utilities. In addition, the installation program has been improved and parts of these changes go online in version 0.19 and later in version 0.20. In the current version, this will be the last time that users will see Windows Explorer flash briefly during the upgrade. For 0.20 it is planned that the installation of .NET Core should run much smoother. For details, including download and known issues, please visit this GitHub page.
