KB3050267 blocks Office 2013 Updates in SCCM 2012 R2 CU4

Windows Update Client for Windows 8.1: June 2015 (KB3050267) seems to cause collateral damages. After installing KB3050267, System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM 2012 R2 CU4) fails to distribut Office 2013 updates.

Microsoft June 2015 patchday summary

It's Microsoft patchday again –and if I counted it in the right manner, Microsoft has issued today eight security updates for Windows, Exchange-Server, Internet Explorer, Office and Windows Media Player 12. Also one Security Bulletin was undertaken a major revision.

Microsoft’s FREAK workaround causes update error 8024001F

Microsoft has published a workaround to fix the FREAK vulerability in SSL/TLS protocol. Unfortunately this workaround can cause some collateral damages. One damage could be an update error 8024001F. Here are a few more details.

Komodia SSL certificates and hijacking tech are widely spread

Warning: Do not install MS update KB 3001652

[German]Today (February 2 2015) is Microsoft Patchday – and Update KB3001652 Visual Studio 2010 Tools for Office Runtime is causing serious issues under Windows 8.1. It does not install and several users reporting a system lockup.
