Microsoft has released the Insider Preview Build 17682 of Windows 10 for the PC at the end of this month, on May 31, 2018. This is distributed to all insiders in the Fast Ring.

WinDbg Preview: Bug prevents USB debugging

Surface Studio: Trouble with Windows 10 V1803
