Microsoft has pulled some updates for Outlook 2010/2013/2016 that shall fix some issues caused by June 13, 2017 security updates. Since that day Microsoft tried to fix those issues and released additional patches. Some of these patches has been pulled now. Update KB4025252 (cumulative update for Internet Explorer) is causing install loops on clients, if distributed via WSUS or SCCM.
