Windows 10 Version 1511: Update KB3172987

Microsoft has released today (July 12,2016) a compatibility update KB3172987 for Windows 10 version 1511. As far as I've seen, the update isn't offered via Windows Update, nor it is installable. Currently no KB article has been released from Microsoft for this update. German web site deskmodder.de writes, the update isn't installable – it's (supposedly) provided to be integrated into a install media.
