However, this update causes serious issues for some users, who are facing restarts, BlueScreens, GreenScreens and Bitlocker queries. This is an optional update whose fixes will be generally rolled out in the following month. For Windows 11 22H2, only the Education and Enterprise versions will receive the update.

These versions will reach the end of support on the October 2024 patch day and will then receive security updates for the last time.
