Windows[German]Users of Windows 10 and Windows 11 may have had a problem with the January 2025 preview update installed and thereafter. Some USB printers may then "possibly" print random text. The problem was corrected promptly by the KIR function. However, this bug was finally fixed with the April 2025 security updates.

Windows[German]Microsoft has begun rolling out its controversial Recall function and other features in stages on April 25, 2025. The new features are coming in a staged rollout with the preview update KB5055627 for Windows 11 24H2, whereby the features are to be reserved for Copilot+ PCs systems.

Outlook 365: CPU spikes will be fixed "soon"

[German]Users of Microsoft Outlook Classic have been plagued by high CPU load peaks (e.g. when typing texts) for months. After Microsoft acknowledged this problem with Office 365 (from version 2406, build 17726.20126), there is now also a schedule for a bug fix.

Will all browsers and the web 'soon' be broken? "<" & ">" should be removed from innerHTML

There is a discussion in the Chromium bug tracker about angle brackets ("<" and ">"), which can occur as characters in HTML attributes or innerHTML elements. Escape handling is now to be introduced to prevent mXSS attacks. However, this could "break" the Chromium browsers (and other browsers).

Stop - Pixabay[German]Once again, there has been a serious "rattle". Microsoft Defender XDR has incorrectly classified Adobe Acrobat Cloud links as "malicious". As a result, thousands of Adobe users suddenly had more than 1,700 sensitive documents checked on the AnyRun online platform. The documents uploaded to AnyRun by Freeplan users were subsequently made public. This is particularly good for sensitive documents when they become public.
