Windows 10/11: Printer bug with random character output fixed (March/April 2025)

Windows[German]Users of Windows 10 and Windows 11 may have had a problem with the January 2025 preview update installed and thereafter. Some USB printers may then "possibly" print random text. The problem was corrected promptly by the KIR function. However, this bug was finally fixed with the April 2025 security updates.

Outlook 365: CPU spikes will be fixed "soon"

There is a discussion in the Chromium bug tracker about angle brackets ("<" and ">"), which can occur as characters in HTML attributes or innerHTML elements. Escape handling is now to be introduced to prevent mXSS attacks. However, this could "break" the Chromium browsers (and other browsers).

As a result, thousands of Adobe users suddenly had more than 1,700 sensitive documents checked on the AnyRun online platform. The documents uploaded to AnyRun by Freeplan users were subsequently made public. This is particularly good for sensitive documents when they become public.
