Now the next attack is due. The vendor has again issued a security warning about its QNAP products as of April 29, 2021. There are indications that the devices or NAS drives are being actively attacked by the AgeLocker ransomware and the drive contents are being encrypted. [German]In the developer blog, Microsoft informed about the expiring support for the .NET Framework versions 4.5.2, 4.6 and 4.6.1 on April 26, 2021. Their support will end on April 26, 2022, one year from now. Then there will be no more security updates. The exception is Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 2015, because .NET Framework 4.6 is integrated in this operating system. This operating system version is an LTSC version (Long Term Servicing Channel).
