Veeam backup fails due to Azure AD issue; patch for Veeam Backup for Office 365

[German]The worldwide disruption in Microsoft's Azure Active Directory on March 15,/16, 2021 has affected many services. Among others, backup solutions that rely on Microsoft services provided by Azure AD for authentication have likely failed. This includes Veeam Office 365 backups. There is also a cumulative update KB4124 for Veeam Backup for Microsoft Office 365 5b.

Windows 10 2004-20H2: Office memory or media error when opening documents fixed

Chrome News: Version 89.0.4389.90 fixes 0-day vulnerability, new update cycle

[German]Google developers have updated the Chrome browser to version 89.0.4389.90 as of March 12, 20201in the desktop version for Linux, macOS and Windows. This security update fixes a 0-day vulnerability in the older browser versions. And the browser is supposed to get a new version every four weeks.

Adobe Acrobat (Reader) DC 21.001.20145

[German]Adobe has released an optional update to version 21.001.20145 for Adobe Acrobat DC and Reader DC, effective March 10, 2021. Only one bug has been fixed: Comments are missing from the shared review when done with Reader DC. The update is available for Windows and macOS. Thanks to Martin E. and Michael P. for pointing this out. Martin notes that for the first time a 64 bit Adobe Reader MSP is included. He writes that he just has no idea how to install it. Because so far he has not found a 64 bit baseline installation to the 64 bit Adobe Reader DC and the MSP.
