[German]Microsoft has re-released on Feb. 11, 2021 an updated version of the reliability update KB4023057 for machines with Windows 10. The update is supposed to improve the reliability of the Windows Update service.
[German]On patchday (February 9, 2021), Microsoft also fixed the CVE-2021-24092 vulnerability in Defender, which has probably existed for at least 12 years. This allows an attacker to elevate privileges under Windows, and this without the user's intervention. However, there is no known exploitation.

It probably affects systems when no user is logged in to the system, as I saw during a quick research. Root cause is a new UWP app from Adobe, but there is a workaround.
