Exchange Online Tenant Outbound Email Limits starts in April 2025

Exchange Logo[German]Microsoft is introducing outbound email limits for tenants to prevent misuse of Exchange Online by sending emails in bulk. This was announced by the Exchange team in February 2025. The limits were due to take effect in March 2025 and their introduction will depend on the number of licenses in the tenant. However, Microsoft has apparently postponed the introduction until April 2025.

Next VMWare by Broadcom license hammer: At least 72 cores required

VMware[German]New change for users of VMWare by Broadcom who use products such as VMware vSphere Enterprise Plus, VMware vSphere Standard (VVS), VMware vSphere Foundation (VVF) and VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF). In two weeks, licenses for at least "72 cores per licensing" are required.

Windows RDP issues confirmed by Microsoft's January 2025 update

Microsoft has now confirmed these problems, which I addressed in a blog post. The preview update from January 2025 is said to be responsible for the problems, and the preview update from March 2025 brings a fix.

Windows 11 24H2: Workarounds for "File with password protection cannot be opened multiple times in Excel 2016"
