As it looks, Windows 7 is no longer activated after installing the update and is reported as not genuine. Network issues with updates KB4480970 and KB4480960

Windows Update[German]The KB4480970 (Monthly Rollup) and KB4480960 (Security only) updates were released by Microsoft on January 8, 2018 for Windows 7 SP1 and Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1.
