Updated Microsoft Security Advisory Information
Microsoft revised some security information (Microsoft Security Advisory Notification) on July 19, 2018. There were also revisions to the descriptions of the security updates. Here is an overview of what has changed.

.Net Framework: Update KB4340558 drops error 0x80092004?
[German]Last night Microsoft released the .NET Framework update KB4340558 for Windows. As it looks, this update is buggy and cannot be installed. The installation ends (on some systems) 0x80092004. Addendum: Microsoft has published workarounds – see addendum below.
