[German]As of July 9, 2019, Microsoft has released numerous security updates for Windows clients and servers, for Office, etc.. Here is a compact overview, what Microsoft has patched this month.
Logitech wireless mouse/keyboard devices are vulnerable
[German]Wireless keyboard and mouse models from Logitech as well as wireless Presenters from this vendor are vulnerable. There are serious security issues in the wirelessly connected devices. The vendor plans to patch only a few vulnerabilities.
British ICO intend to fine BA under GDPR with £183.39m
The British ICO (Information Communication Office) intends to fine airline British Airways (BA) with £183.39M for infringements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The reason was a cyber incident in Summer 2018.
Eurofins victim of a Ransomware, pays and contract gets terminated
Eurofins was the victim of a cyber attack (this is known) and had to pay a ransom. It went really stupid, because the largest provider of forensics for the judiciary and the police in Great Britain has now been dismissed.
