[German]Support for Microsoft SQL Server 2008 and Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 has already expired on July 10, 2019. For Microsoft SQL Server 2012, on the other hand, support ended on July 12, 2022, which means that Microsoft has also shut down the SQL Registry Portal. However, it seems that there are still a lot of installations of these SQL Server versions. In an article dated November 19, 2022, Microsoft notes that there are Extended Security Updates for SQL Server via Microsoft Azure services.
Security provider Trend Micro (TM) has now presented its Cyber Risk Index (CRI) for the first half of 2022. According to TM, the global cyber risk is at an elevated level. [German]Microsoft had to set up an upgrade block to Windows 11 22H2 for certain systems with printers in September 2022. The problem was that printers on affected systems could only be operated in the default settings. As of October 21, 2022, Microsoft had already released a troubleshooter to fix printer issues. Now Microsoft has lifted the upgrade block for the function update to Windows 11 version 22H2 on the affected systems and classified the problem as solved.
