[German]Since March 2022 there are issues with remote services in Windows Server 2022, caused by security update KB5011497 from March 8, 2022. That's because certain roles become unavailable after installing that update – and that wasn't fixed in April an May 2022 with patchday updates. Here is a brief inventory along with information on what I am aware of.
[German]Microsoft released the cumulative update KB5013943 for Windows 11 (build 22000.675) on May 10, 2022. In the meantime, there are increasing reports of users who subsequently receive error 0xc0000135. This can occur with various applications, PowerShell, Event Viewer, services, etc. It is probably crystallizing into a problem with the .NET framework. Here is a brief overview of what I have found out so far.
[German]Google has released the update of Google Chrome 101.0.4951.64 for Windows and Mac on the desktop in the Stable Channel on May 10, 2022. Furthermore, the update to version 100.0.4896.160 for Windows and Mac was released in the Extended Stable Channel. Chrome for Android has already been updated to 101.0.4951.61 on May 9, 2022.

Here are some details about each of the April 2022 patchday security updates. Windows 10 1909 and 20H2 will receive security updates for the last time.

These updates are required to address vulnerabilities reported by external security partners and found through Microsoft's internal processes. The US corporation AGCO, which manufactures agricultural machinery, has been affected by a ransomware infection that has a global impact. This affects sine production sites world wide. Some production lines for the agricultural machinery are on hold since last Friday.
[German]Cisco has issued a warning for memory chips (DIMMs) that are likely to be used in its own products, such as the Cisco Unified Computing System (UCS). A limited number of Cisco-supplied DIMMs manufactured in the mid-to-late 2020s are prone to early failures due to a manufacturing issue. For most DIMMs, ECC error correction can fix these memory errors. However, an uncorrectable memory event may occur at some point. If this occurs at runtime, uncorrectable memory errors will cause a sudden unexpected server reset. If the errors occur during the power-on self-test (POST), the DIMM module is blanked and the total available memory is reduced. In some cases, a boot failure may occur. 16GB, 32GB and 64GB DIMMs from certain batches are affected. Cisco provides a tool to identify the modules, which are then to be replaced. (via)
