It has just been announced that Microsoft will discontinue the Remote Desktop app for Windows on May 27, 2025. It will be replaced by the "Windows app", which will come from the Store.

HP firmware update makes laser printer unusable (Error 11)

Windows 10/11: USB printers print random texts after January 2025 update

Microsoft 365 and x.com has been down (March 10, 2025)

Stop - Pixabay[German]March 10, 2025 was probably not such a stress-free day for the supporters at Microsoft and X.com. Both the successor to the former Twitter, x.com, was down for hours (there is said to have been a DDoS attack). Microsoft's cloud services also still seem to be experiencing disruptions, as readers have reported. However, I was unable to react earlier as I was out and about all day – so I didn't notice any of the disruptions.

OneDrive: Has the shortcut bug been fixed?

[German]OneDrive users have been suffering for months from the fact that integrated folders are suddenly only displayed as shortcuts. It's probably a bug, as I found out. Now a person affected has told me that the shortcut has been turned back into a folder. I would be interested to know whether this observation can be confirmed by other readers.
