[German]I have a rather strange case here that a blog reader and administrator has encountered. In February 2025, he reported that contacts were being sporadically deleted in some of his users' Microsoft 365 accounts. Now the administrator notices that emails are also being deleted.
[German]Microsoft is introducing outbound email limits for tenants to prevent misuse of Exchange Online by sending emails in bulk. This was announced by the Exchange team in February 2025. The limits were due to take effect in March 2025 and their introduction will depend on the number of licenses in the tenant. However, Microsoft has apparently postponed the introduction until April 2025.
[German]In February 2025, HP apparently released a new firmware update for its HP OfficeJet Pro 9010 printers. I have received a report that this will block third-party ink again. Below is some information and possibly a note on downgrading the firmware.

And some readers and users are complaining that access to mailboxes via the Samsung Mail app is not working. A blog reader sent me a "spooky" solution to this problem (install the Microsoft Authenticator app and disable battery optimization helps).
[German]Users of Windows 11 24H2 have been struggling with RDP problems for months. Connections break off or cannot be established. Microsoft has now confirmed these problems, which I addressed in a blog post. The preview update from January 2025 is said to be responsible for the problems, and the preview update from March 2025 brings a fix.
[GER1, GER2]Since the end of 2024, users of Microsoft Excel 2016 have been running into a strange issue. Excel files that have been password protected cannot be opened multiple times. It seems to be a problem caused by Windows 11 24H2. I now have solutions from readers to fix the problem, in the hope that Microsoft will come up with a fix at some point.
