Currently ransomware PetyaWrap is spreading through computer networks. Beside that, Google has revealed a new Windows vulnerability in Windows Kernel, that hasn't been patched fully.
WINS is legacy and vulnerable, use DNS instead
[German]Today just a short note for Windows Administrators in enterprises. Windows Internet Name Service (WINS) is legacy and contains a vulnerability. Therefore WINS should not be deployed anymore. Switch to DNS instead.

Microsoft Security Update Releases – CVE revisions
I just reported, that Microsoft has confirmed printing issues with Internet Explorer 11 after installing June 2017 updates (June 2017 security updates IE 11 printing issues confirmed). Now Microsoft has released a list of all revised CVEs.
Windows 10 Version 1709 comes with build-in EMET?
It's probably a good news for Windows 10 users. Whilst current versions of Windows 10 doesn't provide EMET Anti Exploit features, it seems that Microsoft intends to add that to the upcoming Windows 10 Fall Creators Update.
