Chromium 68 browsers (Chrome, Edge etc.) create debug.log files

[German]Browsers based on the Chromium code such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Chromium Edge, Vivaldi etc. sporadically generate nonsensical debug.log files in version 68.x.
