[German]Microsoft has stopped the distribution of Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 18362 (from the 19H1 development branch) in Slow Ring because of an installation issue. Addendum: A workaround to recover from this mess has been discovered.

Windows Virtual Desktop: Public Preview available
[German]Last week Microsoft released a public preview of the Windows Virtual Desktop. This allows to virtualize Windows 7 for mobile workplaces. Microsoft provides Extended Security Updates (ESU) for Windows 7 SP1 until 2023 free of charge for this platform.
