[German]Systems with Windows 11 seem to be becoming more and more of a "trouble maker" in some cases. Either the users are annoyed by BlueScreens. Or the computers cannot install updates and fall into a boot loop and can hardly be revived. I have received several reports about this over the last few days.
[German]On March 11, 2025, Microsoft also publicly documented and patched the vulnerability CVE-2025-24054 contained in Windows. The vulnerability enables NTLM spoofing, but was classified by Microsoft as "difficult to exploit". Last week, Checkpoint pointed out that cybercriminals are attacking systems via CVE-2025-24054.
[German]A small addendum from the last few weeks. On April 11, 2025, Microsoft announced that support for ActiveX components would be deactivated by default in Microsoft 365 (i.e. Office 365).
[German]Microsoft has recently discontinued virtualization-based security (VBS enclaves) as a feature for older Windows versions prior to Windows 11 24H2 and Windows Server 2025. and declared it as deprecated. Also Windows UWP Maps and Windows Maps Platform APIs have already been deprecated as of April 8, 2025.

Microsoft has already confirmed a new problem with Windows Server 2025 in connection with Active Directory Domain Controllers (DC) on April 11, 2025. After restarting the server operating system, the DC is no longer accessible. This is probably due to incorrectly assigned Windows Firewall profiles after each restart.
