PowerToys 0.20 with Color Picker released (Change log)

Windows 7 ESU Preparation Package Update KB4575903 (July 31, 2020)

Twitter hack of July 2020: First arrests

ParagraphIn the blog post Twitter accounts hacked (July 15, 2020) I had reported about a successful hack of Twitter accounts. The hackers had captured Bitcoins in the six-digit dollar range from their victims. Now there have been first arrests – a 17-year-old teenager is accused of hacking. A total of three people (two Americans, one Briton) have been arrested.

.NET Framework Update KB4562899 (Preview)

Skype for Business: Support ends in 12 montths

SkypeOn July 31, 2021, the support of Skype for Business will expire as planned by Microsoft – as announced in 2019.  From September 1, 2019 Microsoft will direct all new Office 365 customers to the teams. Microsoft is confident that Teams can fully replace Skype for Business Online for even the most demanding business customers. Skype for Home and the Skype for Business server will continue to operate beyond this date. MSPU has summarized some more details here.
