[German]Microsoft has released update KB4507453 for Windows 10 May 2019 Update (Version 1903) on July 9, 2019. The update forces some systems into a 'reboot notification' loop. In other words: Although the update has been successfully installed, the user is told to restart again to install the update. There are may workarounds. Here is some information about what I've found so far.
