Windows 10 V1903: Update KB4507453 causes Reboot-Notification loop
[German]Microsoft has released update KB4507453 for Windows 10 May 2019 Update (Version 1903) on July 9, 2019. The update forces some systems into a 'reboot notification' loop. In other words: Although the update has been successfully installed, the user is told to restart again to install the update. There are may workarounds. Here is some information about what I've found so far.

[German]After Microsoft released its Windows Update for July 9, 2019, the system file checker (sfc) command to repair broken files under Windows finds some damaged files, but can't fix them. But an analysis shows, that it's not caused by Windows 10 security updates released in July 2019. It seems that an updated signature file for Windows Defender is causing this issue since July 10, 2019.
