Windows 8.1/Server 2012 R2: Update KB4489881 is causing BlueScreens
[German]Rollup Update KB4489881, which was released for Windows 8.1 and Windows Server 2012 R2 on March 12, 2019, has a bug that triggers BlueScreens. The bug has beend fixed in the preview rollup update.

Windows 10: Reliability update KB4023057 (04/04/2019)
Microsoft has re-released it's Reliability update KB4023057 for Windows 10 (version 1507 till 1803) – see also. This should make the upgrade to the current Windows 10 version 1809 more reliable.
