ConnectWise updates server certificates, update your software before June 10, 2025

Update[German]Does anyone use software from ConnectWise (e.g. ScreenConnect)? This evening I received an email from a blog reader pointing out an announcement from ConnectWise that is quite urgent. By tomorrow, June 10, 2025, 15:00 CET, users must update the provider's software as the manufacturer is replacing the digital server certificates. There are fears that an attacker could misuse an old digital certificate. Addendum: There is a new date of June 13, 2025.

Microsoft Power Automate: Discontinued for private customers

Bug in Office 365 v2505? Mails are lost in cached mode

Chrome and Edge emergency updates – and trouble in Chrome/Edge 137

Android: Meta and Yandex escapted browser sandboxing and track users

Anyone using apps or services from Meta (Facebook & Co.) or Yandex (Russian, less common in DACH) on Android was tracked. Security researchers have discovered that tracking pixels bypass the sandbox isolation in the browser and transmit users' personal data to apps and service servers. Meta has discontinued this tracking mechanism as of June 3, 2025 after it was discovered.
