In the Feb. 22, 2021 an update to Adobe Acrobat (Reader) DC 21.001.20140 has been released, Adobe fixes a bug that caused an error message to be incorrectly displayed, the release notes reveal. Jian: NSA tool copied and used by China's hackers

Windows 10 2004/20H2: Update fails due to Intel Management Engine

[German]There are reports, that Intel Management Engine is causing issues during update installation in Windows 10 version 2004 / 20H2? A German blog reader pointed me to this issue, because updates are dropping a bluescreen PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA (update error 0x800F0845) during installs on machines with certain chipsets. The cause seems to be the Intel Management Engine.

Forced Update KB4577586 removes Flash from Windows 10

Sicherheit[German]Microsoft has begun to remove Adobe Flash Player from Windows. The Windows 10 Preview updates released on February 16, 2021, removes Adobe Flash Player from certain versions of Windows 10. In addition, Microsoft is again forcibly delivering the October 2020 Flash removal update KB4577586 to machines that do not have this update installed.
