Currently, I get an error 404 there when I try to visit the site with details about Edge security updates. Is that the same with you?
Microsoft has released the Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 20251 for Windows Insider in the Developer Channel on November 4, 2020. There are no new features, only fixes. The announcement was made in the Windows-Blog, where you can read the list of fixes and known issues.
